Confusion on my part, apparently--the accident happened at some point late Friday night into early Saturday morning. He wasn't found for a short time, and some accounts have him dying Saturday morning. Most say Friday night, though, and I'll change that.

Went to the Oakdale Citizens Cemetery today to take a photo of Horace and Elise Swatzel. I found and uploaded the photo for Horace. From the plot information Elise should be buried next to him but as you can see her information has not been added to the marker. I will go in and double check with the office to make sure the plot information is correct. While there I also found in the Swatzel plot makers for:
Carrie Swatzel 1860-1921
James A Swatzel 1853-1935
Charles H Swatzel 1884-1949
James A Swatzel Jr 1890-1940
There was one that was also marked Aunt Jean 1858-1938.
I did take a photo of all of them and uploaded the ones for everyone except Aunt Jean. I will ask the office for more information on her and get it uploaded on to the sight for you as well.

They have reset a lot of stones for me and as far as I'm aware they haven't charged anyone. It's a great cemetery to work with.
They will take a spade, pick up the stone, put a couple inches of dirt under it and put the stone back down. It takes them five to ten minutes.
I went to the location in Find A Grave and couldn't find a stone I went to the office to verify their was no stone and Dave said the records show there is a stone and said let's go and see if we can find it. He hit it on his first probe and then uncovered it
Did I mention Woodland is the worlds best cemetery to work with.

When I was at Sac Memorial I came across Ardis W Parsons grave. She is buried next to Arline Parsons and is the first wife of Hamer.
I transferred management to you because I like family to stay with family. Hope you don't mind.

Hi! You're welcome! I noticed on your Bio that one of the names on your research is Dye. I photographed a father and son Lewis M. Dye at Angelus Rosedale Cemetery. I thought it might be of interest to you.

|Wendy McIntosh||Mae Elizabeth Fisher Sanford|
I think it might be easier to answer your question about Mae Fisher by putting her marriage to Thomas Sanford in chronological order:
Thomas Hendrick Sanford marriages
married Maud Edna (Bowen) Krause in 1910
They had one son
Thomas Sanford born 1914
married Mae Elizabeth (Fisher) in 1919
They had one daughter
Anna Mae Sanford born 1921.
(I found Anna Mae living with her grandparents in 1930 and 1940. I believe she married twice. Once to Joseph Chaney and someone by the name of MaCaden or MacCaden.
married Adeline Dixon in 1922
They had three children
Robert Sanford b 1922
William Sanford b 1927
Betty Jean Sanford b 1930
