|Rosary Wanderer||RE: Reginald Fortune|
I just put two photos on Reginald's memorial. I can send you other photos showing the "digging" of Edythe' marker, but I don't know if you want them on her memorial page. We didn't mind doing a little extra work. We knew she had to be there. I feel sorry for people whose markers have not been tended, but with family being spread all over these days, it is often just not possible. We happened to be there and able to help. It was a blessing for us. If I may ask, how are you related to the Fortunes?

|Rosary Wanderer||RE: Edythe and William Fortune|
You're very welcome. By the way, next to Edythe there was a grave of Reginald C. Fortune. I assume he was her son. Do you want me to post that on her memorial? Also, it was really odd that her marker was completely covered, while her son's and husband's were visible. I had a hunch that she was between them, so I stuck a piece of metal where I thought her marker would be, and I hit metal. So we dug you two or three inches of sod. Even the grass roots molded themselves into the etching on her marker. We have photos of that, too, if you want.

|GMG||James William Bankhead|
Glad I could help. I have always said, "a well-written obituary can be a treasure trove of information." In Mr. Bankhead's case, it corrects the death date on his gravestone. I am not related to the Bankhead family, as far as I know.

|pazmaker||Lucille B. Wattenburg LAMB|
Thank you SO MUCH for posting the obituary of Lucille B. Wattenburg Lamb! I have long wondered about her, although I'm not directly descended from her. She was the first wife of my great grandfather, Edward T. Lamb, and I am from his second wife. I'd love to hear more about the Wattenburg family, however, if you are related. Apparently, my grandmother's half-sister, Gertrude, was raised by the Wattenburg's after Lucille's untimely death, although Edward remarried 4 years later.

|D. Conley||John Hollinger's stone|
I placed the memorials for wife, Melinda and son, John F. on the page you made for John Hollinger. I can transfer them if you want them to have their own pages. Also, it appears that the top part of this memorial stone is missing.

I saw that stone today when I got James and Lucy McIver. Are there any other McIver's you are interested in? There were several in that same area.

I am going to try and get to this cemetery if the owners will give me permission. It may take a week or two as it is 3 counties away.

Fulfilling your request for Mary Ingraham's grave has been my pleasure. There are other Ingrahams at this site, and I posted a few additional pictures. I live very close All Saints Church, so I can visit there without trouble for further Ingraham requests.

Interested in speaking with you regarding your lines originating from TN and Texas.
Mine are mostly from VA and KY but we had some also move into the Dallas area in the early 1800s.
