I wish I had better news for you, but I was unable to find SYLVIA KENNEY in the Flippin Cemetery, Flippin AR. She was not on the plot map. She also was not in the database "Arkansasgravestones.org".

Thank you for taking pictures of the Wathen family stones in Germantown Cemetery. We are working on a project to find Vietnam veterans connected to Preble County and Frederick Wathen was killed in Vietnam.

Thank you so much for posting the picture. I created memorials for the other 2 you mentioned since they are children of Elijah's and requested photos for them as well so you can post them.

You rock, Tina! Let me know if you need any recent (say, 15 years) obits. I would be glad to look them up for you. (My way of giving back, since I live in a remote area and can't do the "graving". (P.S. I have always loved graveyards, even as a child, too!)

William Keating
Yes Tina, I thought that was quite something that that big limb fell right over about 8 or 10 stones and his was right in the middle!! You know how big that cemetery is!!!! That was quite a storm - I'm originally from Massachusetts and have been through a few hurricanes but never sustained winds like this in Ohio.

I just get overwelmed when I look at all those stones lined up at this cemetery, especially if your in the back section, on the road that has the bend it in around sections 5 and you look toward the hill.

Hope that branch is gone so you can get the picture.

Hi Tina,

I went to take William Keating's stone and a big branch was right on his stone!!! Hopefully it will be cleaned up soon :) As there were over 100 trees damaged on the VA grounds it make take a few days.

Dear Tina,
I can't thank you enough for fulfilling my photo request for the Virgil W. and Erma C. Loiselle grave marker. Your volunteer efforts are truly appreciated by those of us that are unable to pay our respect in person. The posted photos are of great quality and readability. Thanks again!
