Sue F.
 | RE: William Acht Hi Art: I believe that William Acht was the son of Hugo Acht and wife Mary. Hugo was a career military musician stationed at Fort Sheridan probably until 1907 when his land was deeded and he moved to California with his wife and two daughters. He is listed at Fort Sheridan in the 1900 census. In the 1910 census (CA) he and his wife were listed as having had 3 children, 2 living at that time, and both other children were born in IL. The Acht's other two children were Mary Jr. and Amelia. Hugo's military career is well documented on Ancestry, and his Ft. Sheridan property deed info. can be pulled up on google. I will understand if you don't want to add this info. to William's listing as it is conjecture at this point. I like to add info. to listings on find a grave when possible. Best wishes, SueAdded by Sue F. on Dec 26, 2010 5:45 AM | |

 | RE: Thelma Richert Arthur,
I read Thelma's obituary today and it states that her and Phillip lived in Stevens Point at the time of his death. I was unable to locate any burial record of Phillip in La Crosse county and was wondering if it is possible that he is buried around Stevens Point. Do you have record of him being buried in La Crosse?

 | RE: Edwin and Caroline Burke You're welcome. I had my work cut out for me yesterday at Holy Cross. Both of the headstones had overgrowth, but carolines was submersed in water and debris. Fortunately, I travel with my gardening tools, so I was able to clear both headstones for the photo.Added by KjS on May 29, 2009 7:32 AM | |

 | Quellette Burial I have come across a listing from Florence J. Quellette in Holyrood Cemetery. I wonder if her last name is misspelled, and she might be one of your Ouellettes. Her burial date was in 1961.Added by Bonita Olmer on May 07, 2009 7:31 AM | |
