RE: # 23593558 & 123483391
I tried to email you but it bounced back, I looked at both memorials, Even tho his was first, His is listed as unknown burial that is why it didn't turn up when I searched. Mine is her final resting place. I sent him a message with the info, once he adds the cemetery, I will add my headstone pic and delete the memorial.

RE: Re: Emily Magdalene Simon Crowder
This appears to be her last husband:
Frank Lafayette Crowder 1879-1968 Find A Grave #6709327
which you have listed.
I did not use the edit function since I have not researched this fact.

William Marshall Smith, her second husband, is buried in the same family plot with her and her first husband and also her parents and an aunt.

Thomas Harned
Amos Harned
Nicole, do you know who Amos Harned was a child of? I am told that there is supposed to be Albert T Harned son of Henry Clay Harned and Josephine Steiner buried at Bluffton.

Thank you for your entry of this memorial. I found an obit from Brownwood about her death and added it.
I looked at two old cemetery surveys and both noted an unmarked grave next to her husband in Sect 76 Blk 2.
Also in this Blk 2 are he parents and a son Ray Dodson.

RE: Re: Peter F. & Lena Ratzlaff
I took pictures of all the Ratzlaff in Valley View.

Funny for you. I had a Ratzlaff as a student about 10 year ago.

Let me know if you need other sites.

Take Care,
Becky Bird

You are very welcome - that burial ground is quite neglected. That other photo was taken by one of my cohorts - CSTNET stands for Cemetery Survey Team NE Tenn - there are several of us that do a bunch of research here. If you do not have a contact here in northeast TN (Sullivan & Washington) - send me a PM to my e-mail - My friend is a Cox and has really researched these families.

Hatley Family
Nicole: I looked at your Rogers-Kincheloe-Wiebe Family History on Rootsweb and saw the for Myrtle Virginia Hatley you have both of her husband's still living. I found a Robert O. Berry, age 55 & Myrtle Hatley, age 38, marrying on 8 DEC 1974 in Zavala County, Texas. But I found a SS Death Index for Robert O. Berry who died 19 JAN 2006 in Uvalde County, Texas. What Berry do you have for the husband of Myrtle V. Hatley?
By the way - I found her 1st husband, Hildred L. Easley. They married 20 OCT 1951, had 2 children & were divorced 7 MAY 1973 in Comal County, TX. He is buried in Guadalupe County (Memorial #144775159). I haven't linked him to his parents yet.

Forrest L. Hatley (#91951900
Nicole: I tried to link Myrtle Virginia Hatley Berry (#82956045) to her father's memorial and it had been deleted. Is there a particular reason you deleted his memorial?

Infant Dau. Hatley (#17413698)
Nicole: I noticed you have a connection to the Hatley family. I thought you might want this information I sent to Mark Lindahl:
Mr. Lindahl: The baby daughter born to F. L. Hatley & Jewel Pope was born March 5, 1931 in Real County, TX (see TXBC#26380). She died April 3, 1931 in Real County, TX and was buried April 4, 1931 (see TXDC#20302). On May 5, 1931 in Real County, TX, F. L. Hatley filed a Supplemental Report for the Purpose of Adding a Given Name to the Original Birth Certificate for the female born March 5, 1931 listing Father as F. L. Hatley & Mother as Jewell Pope. They named her Lucille.
Thought you might want to add this information to the bio for Infant Daughter Hatley (#17413698) since the tombstone is not correct.
By the way, the mother linked to her is incorrect.

I don't know who would do that or how it would be done. Maybe you have that info since you create memorials.

Yes, small world! My mom moved from Akron to Sterling a couple years ago. I will do some more investigation into this including talking to the cemetery office and will let you know what I find☺

Peter & Lena Ratzlaff
Hi Nicole. I went to Valley View Cemetery, but the only Lena & Peter Ratzlaff listed on the cemetery directory are the son & daughter, Lena 1906-1977 and Peter 1910-1974. Are you sure they were buried here. If so, I can investigate further. ☺

Why it took so long to find this lady is she is buried under the last name of Howell and shares a headstone with him.

Thank you for the transfer!
Thank you for the transfer of Delia (Slaughter) Write. I am delighted to manage her memorial, and grateful to you for creating it. It means so much to me that my kin are memorialized, and I'm truly appreciative that members like you take the time to take photos and create memorials. Thank you for your hard work and many contributions, especially all the headstone photos you've taken at Hurst Ranch Cemetery. Sincerely, Leah Stubbs

RE: George E. Kincheloe
Happy to meet you! George is also my ancestor! My brother and I worked on clearing off the cemetery several years ago. We found George and Sarah's markers only by prodding the ground. They were underneath about four inches of dirt and debris. We were thrilled to find them.

P. S. I seldom log into Find-A-Grave, which is why it's been a year since you sent this and I am only now replying. :-)

Daniel Bode
Helm/Haferkamp Families

Just wanted to make a connection. Your husband's great-great-grandmother, Wilhelmine "Minnie" Haferkamp Helm was a sister of my great-grandmother, Anna Haferkamp Bode.
I have a picture of Minnie Helm with her daughters, Bertha Helm Niemeier and Minnie Helm Mueller, and Minnie's husband, Gus Mueller. It was taken just before Gus Mueller's death in 1958.

Mary Lois Baker Meixner duplicate
You are correct that there are two listings for Mary.

There is no such thing as a "Menard City Cemetery" where Annette made her listing. It's a generic term used when people have no idea where a grave is located in Menard County.

Mary is buried in Pioneer Rest Cemetery next to her cousin, Joe Frank Baker.

Nicole: Thank you so much for taking the time to search thru your pictures taken at Richland Springs Cemetery to see what family Louis Wood (#33964506) is with.
I appreciate all the help you have been to me.
