|Joanne T ||RE: Myron S Rowen photo|
I see that the better photo was posted to my memorial, so I deleted my bad picture. As far as the duplicate, you can ask him to delete his duplicate. Rowen/Rowin the spelling changes between documents and family members. The first spelling I find is Rowen, so that is the one I use. So, by marriage, you would be related to my husband. Hello, new family member!

Thanks for letting me know about the error. Don't ask where I got Wilson, don't have any idea. I have changed my memorial to read Myron S. Rowen. The Rowen family if part of my husbands family, coming from the Tyson. Thanks again, Joanne T

Hi there, Bobbi - even zoomed to 400%, I can't make out for sure what that letter is. It sure looks like Siron....but - I have to be in Lacombe again tomorrow, and the cemetery is a short hop from where I will be. So I'll pop over there and take a good eyeball look at it for you. Those gray stones are SOOO hard to read sometimes!! I'll get back to you asap tomorrow. :-)

Sorry for taking so long to reply. Two family members died 3-4 weeks ago, so I'm just getting back around to this.
I found you by making a tree on Ancestry.com from the information in the probate.
Tonight I am uploading the Probate records to that tree, and they will be attached to James C Blaine. Might take a day or two before they show up in the search engine. Or if you have him in your tree, you should get some leaf hints.
The tree name is 1921 Probate for James C Blaine of Killisnoo Alaka. If you have James in your tree, you might get some leaf hints showing new images.

The Project ones were deleted years ago then people griped so Find A Grave reuploaded them all as if they had never been deleted .In the mean time before they reactivated them everyone had replaced them.So Find A Grave told us they are going to merged all the dups which is like 100,000 or more so are work wasnt a waste. Ask Find A Grave two merge them because when I added mine Projects wasnt there till they uploaded it again with the old dates.Thats all I can say It would take a year to delete all that was re added.Find A Grave IS MERGING THEM

Dear Concerned Find-A-Gave Contributors and visitors,
Regarding: DUPLICATE MEMORIALS in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia
A former large volume F-A-G Contributor had a dispute with Find-A-Grave staff and Deleted some 80% or more, of their contributed memorials, estimated to be about 40,000 or so. Thus causing the rest of us local Contributors, over the last year or more, to re-enter those family, friends and distant relatives we noted were missing.
Once F-A-G had decided to take positive action, they reloaded all the Deleted memorials from that former F-A-G Contributor, on Wednesday, 25feb2015. F-A-G staff, undoubtedly knew they would cause tens of thousands of Duplicates, and assigned their staffer, known as 'ProjectMgr' to work through their Merge process.
Please be patient and allow F-A-G to work through the entire group of Duplicate memorials.
E49 Created above Statement
If anyone gets Find A Grave to transfer memorials cared for by ProjectMgr Just a heads up I dont delete any connected to ProjectMgr.I worked hard to replace all the memorials that had been deleted.Find A Grave choice to re-upload the Old Deleted memorials And we work free on this site.So if anyone wants our memorials Have Find A Grave Merge them or if you dont have a problem merging then more power to you.
I do want to thank anyone that has helped with my duplicants created after the major upload of old memorials formerly deleted.I really appreciate the help.

I am not related, but while researching my own BLAINE line in Seattle records, I came across estate records for a James C BLAINE who died in Alaska in 1921. Case #29626.
James designates his estate to his niece Emma HANSON from Stillwater MN, his sister Cecille ROTH from Weehawken NJ.
Also mentioned are Peter FLOHN, a brother from Hamburg Germany. Also Neils Flohn, nephew,Hans Arnold Flohn, g-nephew...all from Hamburg.
This is your family I believe.
Since James has a different surname than at least two of his siblings..I thought perhaps it was something you might not have yet.
I ran copies off the microfilm so if this is something you don't have already, I can provide. It's 12 pg and has quite a bit of information about the estate.
Tried to PM you but it would not go through.

Hello again, I sent you an e-mail. Hopefully, the info. will help. Have a Good Day!!

The only links I control are the ones for James Harrison to his father John Harrison and for James Harrison to his wife Jemmima. All the ones you wrote about would most likely be on John Harrison's page.

Hello, to answer your questions on the links you feel are incorrect; go to the the memorial of each person in question. On the edit tab, go to Relationship (parent and spouse links)
and make the change there. I would also send a nice message Suggest any other correction or addition options as to how this info. is incorrect. Hope this info. helps. I will transfer John Harrison over to you.

Hi! Do you know if this is the Lois Langlois who lived for a time in Grants Pass, Oregon? I have been trying to work on some of the neighbors that I had when growing up, and can't seem to find Lois or (I think we called him) Doc. Jan Darby

|Richard Purkey||RE: John Patterson|
Thank you for the corrections. I rely on the cemetery books and headstones for the spelling of the deceased names and the place of birth/death. John's entry is "Patterson" Hendershot born in Columbia County Pa., and states his age as 75 years. Cause of death was "Brights Disease".
