RE: Robert Smith O'Kelly
Based on the 2 messages I am a little confused on if they are the parents of Alva or Robert.

Please use the edit tab to submit the link request and that should clear it up.

Thank you very much.

You could request that it be transferred to you. It is not in the line to be transferred, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Good luck.

RE: Olga
The creator of the memorial for Olga works there at the cemetery. If you email her, and/or Marilyn Dunigan,( marilyn@roselawn.brcoxmail.com ), with your questions, one of them will get back with you. This cemetery is very rare in that they are helpful, considerate, and care about connecting families. It might be a week, or maybe even two, but they will get back with you to answer your questions.

RE: Olga Weiss Brossard
Had my husband go back out with me to verify. We dug in the dirt about 1 to 2 inches and did not find a headstone for Olga.

Bettie Pauline Thompson Find A Grave Memorial# 42386413. You list that she married in 1897 but that she was born in 1895?? She could not have married at the age of 2. Can you please check this info.

RE: Olga Weiss Brossard
Her memorial was created by Roselawn personnel. Therefore, I believe her to be buried there. Her memorial says she has a tombstone, although that does not mean it is not covered up with mud and tree debris. It will have to be dug out. There was a service about to begin nearby and I chose to go back and dig next trip. I am out there at least once a week. If you would like to call the cemetery office, they can tell you "IF" there is anyone else buried there in that plot. This cemetery is very helpful and considerate. Otherwise, I may try to get back out there this weekend and dig around. You may want to check back next week.

Re: Olga Broussard request, Roselawn, Baton Rouge, LA
In the same plot are

Dr A Claude Broussard 1897-1988
Leon Joseph Maine 1883-1975
Dr Carl Adam Weiss 1878-1949
Stephen Weiss 1958
Thomas Edward Weiss 1916-2004
Catherine Edwards Weiss 1925-2011
Viola Maine Weiss 1880-1963

I did not find a headstone for your Olga Weiss Broussard. I will have to go back as there was a service in the area about to start. I will poke around in the dirt to "try" to locate a stone. Looks like there may be 2 that may need to be dug out. We'll see. Check back in a week or so. I usually make at least 1 trip out there a week. Should you need better, clearer photos, please do not hesitate.

Done, I transferred the 4 Booz folks I added to you. You will have to appear to the appropriate person if you want to manage the others.

Booz in Bristol Cemetery
I fulfilled your photo requests for the Booz family members in Bristol Cemetery. There were additional folks included which were not in FindAGrave. I added them. So, you might want to do a search and get those new ones.

If you want them, I'll certainly transfer them to you...I have no need to "own" the memorials.

RE: Glen Glenn and Wife?
That's what I was wondering as well. I think the date issue is with the computer records. The Cementary recently changed their website and many records have that same date. Regardless, I'm still amazed no marker.

RE: Glen Glen
Interesting that there are no markers for Glen or Mary. In addition the Cementary records show a date of birth and death as 12/31/1969. For both graves.

I was very disappointed there was no Marker for Glen Glen and his wife. I'm well aware of the Glen Glen sound company.

Kathy Taylor Cemetery
George, thanks for your update on the Cemetery location, I wondered about that myself. When I initially did the Cemetery Search, the one in Lake County was the only one to come up. Think the problem was the inclusion of the word 'Park' in the report...That has been fixed, and the Wabash County Cemetery has been inserted in it's place down below.
Great to have that cleared up !

Hi Georgia, I got your edit about the spelling of "Bird" or "Byrd". In my records, the name was spelled "Bird" at the time of her birth/death. It didn't change until about the 4th generation from Thomas Bird. I was told when the 4th generation started to school, some of the teachers changed the spelling. So I'm leaving it as is. Thanks, Joyce Byrd Slaughter
