Thank you for the photo. It's sad their grave is unmarked. Maybe one day I can have a stone placed for them. Best wishes -Liz

Lisa- How wonderful of you to find my great great grandmother. She was moved to Cypress Hills on April 21, 1894. Her mother Phoebe Glazier was moved to Cypress Hills on April 22, 1894. And her husband's death certificate states he was buried in Cypress Hills, death date Feb 23, 1905. Cypress Hills has no record of any of them. If you find my great great grandfather or my great great great grandmother near Phoebe, I'd love for you to post them. Thanks so much. Pam

|Maureen||Stephen and Anna Muller|
I really appreciate you entering the virtual graves of Stephen and Anna Muller in Lutheran All Faiths Cemetery. They were the parents of my grandmother Stephanie Crowley (buried in Calvary Cemetery) so they were my great-grandparents. Please let me know if you can transfer the management of their memorials to me.

I am guessing yes. I only added him as a victim recently. He wasn't on my lists

Frustrating, isn't it? Also interesting, like the pieces of a puzzle. One of my ancestors had Green-Wood Cemetery listed on her death certificate, but they insisted she wasn't in her family plot. They were right. I found her in another cemetery... a sad story.
I did come across Anna Maria Leonard but my quick search was unable to find any sources of her marriage to Samuel Scarlett. I'll keep my eyes open and get back to you if I spot anything that might be helpful. Unfortunately, many historic newspapers turn up many results for "Scarlett" and about 3/4 of them turn out to be mentions of Scarlett O'Hara.

Thanks so much for the Maginess proximity photos. I was hoping there would be a gravestone, but they were/are expensive.

Thank you so much for the photo of the Reynolds stone. For some reason the birthdate of Cecelia is wrong on the stone. Thanks again for the pictures!

Thank you for the photo of the grave stone of my maternal great great grandparents, Christian and Ottilie Germann. Although I live in NYS, I doubt that I will ever get to the cemetery to visit and take a photo. With my thanks, Dorothea Warren

|Everett Seamans||RE: Alice Seamans Andreae Hodgson|
Thank you so much. Otto Andrea was her father...
I didn't know his wife's name. Now I know it was Gertrude.
I learned they also had a daughter named Gertrude.
I am happy to know where they are buried now. My Great Uncle Otto Andreae Seamans (now deceased) told me that he was named after Otto Andrea and that he weighted over 300 pounds.
I learned through my research that Otto Andrea and his Son in Law (Woodbury Seamans) ran the Norfolk Virginia Silk Mill Company.
I am still searching for Woodbury Seamans' gravesite. I do know his funeral was held in Manhattan so I assume he must also be buried in New York somewhere.

|Alice||John Hochstein 1831-1907|
Thank you Lisa - John was my great grandfather and
I was very dismayed about two years ago when I started Ancestry than The records of burials were
no longer available for the many relatives that
are buried in this beautiful cemetery. I remember visiting with my Grandmother many times as a child. My father and other grandparents and aunts and uncles are also buried here. I will keep in touch and add their names and burial plots that I have in the bible and deeds to update this sacred grounds burials from our family. You are an ANGEL. Alice

|Everett Seamans||Alice Seamans Andreae Hodgson|
Thank you so very much for adding a picture of my great grandmother, Alice Seamans Andreae Hodgson. I do believe that this was a bridal picture as the date of its publication was April 28, 1912 which is the day after she married my Great Grandfather, Woodbury Seamans. (Woodbury Seamans sadly died in 1919 as a victim of the Spanish Influenza epidemic.)
I have a found a copy of their New York Times engagement party and wedding announcements in a database called ProQuest Historical Newspapers but I have not seen this picture.

Thank you for taking photos of headstones and helping families find loved ones. I was able to find my great grandfather via your photo. With this info I was able to locate many relatives!
I truly appreciate your dedication.

Thank you again for your reply and photo. I will recheck the records and see if I had the correct
burial location and pursue it from there. I am
able to walk slowly with walker and hope physical therapy will bring me back to health. Can't wait
to get back to the cemeteries and help others with
their research. May God bless you. Ann Dany
