Bio

Currently my main interest is the Holaday line, but also Hollingsworth, Biggs, Harris, Exline and others.

I am forever grateful to the incredibly hard work that those before me have done and passed along. It is my hope that after my time on Earth is done, that someone will pick up my work and carry it on.

My goal on findagrave.com is to make memorials as complete as possible with full dates, photos, bios, obituaries and family links.

I am NOT one of those "only guidelines" types. I do not understand memorial hoarding, but it exists and I wish people wouldn't do it.

If the memorial is your family member or friend and it means something to you, please suggest a transfer via the Suggest Edits tab, Other - Contact Manager, drop me a note and provide your ID #. If they are of no relation to me, or of closer relation to you, I'm happy to transfer.

I also wish people wouldn't make memorials for those who are still alive. This is an abhorrent practice that is much abused and IMHO, shameful. On that note, I wish people would strip out information on living people from obituaries/bios.

You may use my photos as you see fit. You can include a credit for them, but it isn't necessary. I do attempt to take the clearest photos that I can. I have many of my photos digitally restored and/or enhanced by Travis Biggs Photography of Cedar Falls, IA. Your ancestors can really come to life with digital restoration. As far as I am concerned, the more photos of our ancestors out there in the Internet, the better. Let them never be forgotten.

Be well and God Bless.
