"Frank Wright (Margaret's grandfather), moved to Calvert County Maryland after Beatrice passed away, to live with his son, James T Wright, who they called JT. Hence why he is buried here, not back in Kent Washington."
Obit: Kent News Journal, Wed. March 20, 1963, p-5
"Beatrice Wright, Former Teacher, Succumbs at Home
Mrs. Frank T. (Beatrice Adela) Wright, 78, died at her home, 112 Kennebec Ave., March 20, after an illness of three weeks.
Mrs. Wright, a resident of Kent for 61 years, formerly taught first grade in the Kent School system. She retired from teaching at Valley Elementary School about five years ago. Fellow teachers and parents of children who started school in her class, said she brought to each new class the same dedication and spirit of enthusiasm as if it were her first. Hundreds of parents and children were influenced by her understanding and love of children. Her classes were interesting and well disciplined.
Mrs. Wright was a native of Inkster, N.D. She was a member of Valley City Chapter, No. 72, Order of Eastern Star, Kent.
Surviving are her husband and son, James T., of Park Ridge (I couldn't read where), two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Cook, Washington D. C. and Mrs. Ellen Siegwarth (Spelling?), Bellingham and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held from Edline Chapel at 2 p.m. March 25, the Rev. William I. Carlton officiating. Burial was in Hillcrest Burial Park."
