CLEVELAND, SC - Margie Lucille Wardlaw Cisson, 73, of 32 Cisson Ridge Road, died Wednesday at Greenville Memorial Medical Center.
Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Emma Bridges Wardlaw.
She was a machine operator at Singer Company, now Ryobi, in Pickens before she retired and was a member of Saluda Hill Baptist Church and the Marietta Chapter of Eastern Star Lodge 101.
Surviving are her husband, Oliver M. Cisson of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ernest and Linda Cisson and David and Linda, all of Cleveland; two daughters, Katheryn Edens of Cleveland and Margie Moyer and her husband, Phil, of St. Petersburg, Florida; eight grandchildren, Molly Kees, Steve Bailey, Marty Luther, Sherry Phillips, Allen Cisson, Sheila Fortescue, Scott Redding and Lewis Cisson; 12 great-grandchildren, Kyle Kees, Haley and Shawn Fortescue, Ashley and Jeffrey Phillips, Tra and Bradley Cisson, Nicole Cisson, Jake and Brandy Bailey and Stephanie and Greg Luther; two sisters, Mattie Owens of Liberty and Emmie Welborn of Easley; and a brother, John Wardlaw of Pendleton.
Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Dillard Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, Pickens, conducted by the Revs. Zane Talley and Jimmy Jones. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Marty Luther, Steve Bailey, Allen Cisson, Scott Redding, Kevin Kees, Lewis Cisson, Jake Bailey and Greg Luther.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of Ernest Cisson, 43 Cisson Ridge Road, Cleveland.
