son of the late Louis and Lillian (Brody) Aaron

He graduated from Hillhouse High School and Quinnipiac College, both in New Haven, and he practiced public accounting in New Haven, before moving to West Hartford in 1947. Mr. Aaron was the president of Alsco Aluminum Co. in East Hartford. He was active in Kiwanis International and served as the president of the East Hartford Chapter.

Subsequently, he went into real estate and was a member of the Connecticut Home Builders Association.

He was the founder and co-owner of Stonegate School in Durham, a school for developmentally disabled children. Later, he was a partner and the administrator of a nursing home in Bloomfield.

After retiring to Florida, he pursued real estate and business interests in the Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach areas.

Mr. Aaron was a former member of Beth El Temple in West Hartford and Temple Torah of Boynton Beach, FL. In Florida, Mr. Aaron served on the Board of B'nai Brith and was the recipient of an Israel Bonds "Man of the Year" Award.

A former member of Cliffside Country Club in Avon, he most recently was a member of the Indian Springs Country Club in Boynton Beach, FL.
