A funeral service for Patricia L. (Queen)
Newlin, 54, of Hebron, will be at 7 p.m.
Friday at Henderson-Van Atta Funeral &
Cremation Service, 59 N. Fifth St., Newark,
with the Rev. Robert L. Knox officiating.
Inurnment will take place at a later date
in Newark Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Newlin died unexpectedly July 7, 2008,
at Licking Memorial Hospital. She was born
June 3, 1954, in Logan, W.Va., to the late
Hansford C. Queen and the late Beatrice Q.
(Johnson) Queen Young.
Mrs. Newlin was a homemaker who was a
wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.
She had worked for several years at
Lincoln and Licking Valley Schools.
She is survived by her husband of 32
years, Floyd W. Newlin; daughter,
Beatrice C. (Terry) Cunningham, of
Newark; son, Ralph E. Newlin, of Hebron;
stepson, Carson W. Newlin, of Utica;
grandchildren, Peyton, Courtney, Taylor
and Alisha; brothers, Paul D. (Darlene)
Queen, of Granville, and Danny L. Queen,
of Newark; sister, Deanna (Lee) Patterson,
of Cleveland; and many nieces, nephews
In addition to her parents, she was
preceded in death by four brothers,
Lawrence C. Queen, Roger D. Queen,
Colin K. Queen and Mickey T. Queen;
and a sister, Bernadine Cwiklinski.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday
at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions to assist with ex-
penses may be made to the family in care
of the funeral home.

smiling, and loved to laugh... :)
