SKINNER—Suddenly, at Middletown, October 14, Alexander R. Skinner, aged seventy-five years. He was a veteran of the Spanish-American War and had been employed at the Middletown State Armory for more than twenty-five years. Surviving are two sisters: Miss Mary L. Skinner, of Binghamton, and Mrs. Marion Young, of Middletown.

SKINNER, ALEXANDER, R. — Age 43 years. Enlisted, May 2, 1898, at Middletown, to serve two years; mustered in as private, Co. I, May 20, 1898; promoted to corporal, February 10, 1899; mustered out with company, February 20, 1899, at Middletown, N. Y.
