Mrs. Corbett, of Charlotte, died Friday, March 11, 2011 at Saturn Nursing Home, Charlotte, NC. She was the daughter of the late Alonzo Neal and Ellie Neal, wife of the late McKinnon Corbett; sister to the late Roosevelt Neal, Sr., Willie L. Neal, and Bessie Neal.
Funeral will be 12:00 Noon, Monday, March 14, 2011 at the chapel of Grier Funeral Service, 115 John McCarroll Avenue; family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon. Burial will be at Beatties Ford Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Corbett was a member of McClintock Presbyterian Church, and a retired nurse with Presbyterian Hospital.
Survivors include brothers, O'Dell Neal (Alice), John T. Neal, Charles Neal; sisters, Annie M. Mason, Lucille Stewart, Sadie Weathers, Ellen Smith, Margaret Johnson, Mary L. Harris, Catherine Tyson (Saylor), Nancy Neely (Phillip), and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
