Foster (nee: Parsons); devoted father of Dana Foster, Susan Gibson, David (Megan) Foster, and step-father of Shawn (Angie) Veninga; dear brother of Donald (Diana) Foster and the late Marjorie Gayle Blades; cherished grandfather of 5; beloved brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.
Dean was in Audio Marketing Sales for 30 years and was a lifetime member of the O'Fallon VFW Post # 5077 and lifetime member of St. Peters Am. Vets. He also proudly served in the U.S. Army.
