Cambridge City, Indiana - Frances H. McKee, 87, died Sunday, November 3, 2002 at Reid Memorial Hospital in Richmond, Indiana after an extended illness.
She was born on February 1, 1915 in Indianapolis to Almon and Anna Sackman Hutchins and had lived in the Cambridge City area since 1936.
She had been a beautician and had retired from Balanced Line Casket Company in Cambridge City after 40 years of service. She was a member of the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church and the Altar Society in Cambridge City.
Survivors include a daughter, Carol Smith of Cambridge City; two sons, Thomas J. McKee of Richmond and Robert F. McKee of McCall, Idaho; four grandchildren; one step grandchild, two great grand children; two step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. McKee in 1979; three sisters, Mary Butler, Alberta Wolfgang, and Anna Grace Hutchins.
Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 6, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Cambridge City with Father Bill Ehalt officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. There was a Rosary Service, Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the donors favorite charity.
Waskom Capital Hill Chapel, Cambridge City, was in charge of arrangements.
