Lucy Evaline Kellogg was the daughter of Erastus W Kellogg 1816 and Elizabeth Ann Klock. She married Truman Freeman Gillett, the son of Horace Gillett and Henrietta Pratt about 1858.

The couple lived in Mexico, Oswego, New York. By 1867 they moved to Oswego City. Truman was an Insurance Agent there.

Truman may have died about 1882. His burial place is unknown.

In 1900 Lucy was living with her daughter May, her son Sumner was in Syracuse.

Children:

Sumner 1860, in 1880 he lived in Wolcott, Wayne, New York with an uncle of Truman's, Germon Gillett, brother of Horace. He married Helen, and had one son Leonard in 1884. Later he moved to Syracuse.

May 1872, married Charles Bullis in 1896, lived in Syracuse, had one child Irma 1904.
