Ames Intelligencer Film Roll #9 1903
The remains of T.K. Soper who died at Chicago, Tuesday of last week, accompanied by the son and daughter, Mr. Fred Soper and Mrs. Bertha Castello, both of Chicago arrived in the city Friday morning, and were laid to rest in the Ames cemetery. No services were held here, the funeral proper having been conducted Thursday afternoon at the home Church in Chicago. A party of Ames friends including Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Soper of Nevada, followed the body to the grave, thus showing their final respects to the dead.
