Benton County Visited by a Small Cyclone.
Special to the Gazette.
SILOAM SPRINGS, April 9 --- A terrific wind storm struck this city at about 11 o'clock last night tearing down awnings, fences and outhouses. There was no one killed or injured in town, but the farmers just north of town suffered considerable. The dwelling of John Simpson, two miles north of the city, was swept away, killing W.(sic) H. Simpson, a brother of John Simpson. No other deaths were reported.
