Mya Janeice Carr was born on May 5, 2006, the daughter of Shamerra Bradley. She attended Ashburton Elementary School. She was a kindergarten student who loved attending school. Mya enjoyed her role as a big sister to her little brother Ryan.

Mya's favorite movie was "The Princess and The Frog." Her favorite character was Princess Tiana. She also enjoyed playing dress up in her Princess Tiana costume. At any given time Shamerra would find her dressed up in her heels and her tracks sitting on top of her head.

She really enjoyed time with her little cousin Gerome and her uncle Jerome. She enjoyed going to Pizza Hut, taking pictures and she loved to eat. She will truly be missed.

She leaves to cherish her memory: a loving mother, Shamerra Bradley; one loving brother, Ryan; grandparents, Jackie (Jeanette) Bradley and James (Patricia) Morton; great-grandparents, Susie Hough and Bettye Jean (Calvin) Bradley, five uncles, four aunts, six great-uncles, three-great aunts, six great-great-uncles, eight great-great-aunts; and a host of cousins and friends; including father figure, Brian Edwards.
