Josephine Bingham 82 died at her apartment in Mesa Arizona on Dec 25 1989.
She was born on Dec 7 1907 in Alden Iowa to Emmet C and Anna (Jacobson) Nachazel. She was educated in rural schools and graduated from Iowa Falls High School.
Miss Josephine Nachazel wed George Wayne Bingham at the Methodist parsonage in Popejoy, Iowa Feb 5, 1942. The Rev W. J. Snarr performed the ceremony in the presence of the brides brother and wife Mr and Mrs Glen Nachazel and her father Emmet Nachazel. After a short wedding trip the couple made their at home with her father east of Popejoy.
They farmed in Franklin County until they retired in 1967. They moved to Iowa Falls in 1976.
Mrs Bingham was a member of the Lee Center United Methodist Church in mesa and worked with the Salvation Army.
Survivors include two stepsons: Vince Bingham of Craif Colorado and Arden Bingham of Glenrock Wyoming: one brother Glenn Nachazel of Alden: eight step grandchildren twelve great step grandchildren: one nephew and other relatives.
She was proceeded in death by her husband in 1980, her parents and an infant sister.
