SHELBYVILLE -- Barbara June Macklin, 74, of Shelbyville passed away at 2:10 p.m. Wednesday March 7, 2007 in the Shelbyville Manor. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the Lockart-Green Funeral Home, Shelbyville with Rev. Lynette DeAtley officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery near Shelbyville. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Barbara was born August 11, 1932 in Shelbyville the daughter of Loren E. and Ruth I. White Macklin. She retired from Illinois Consolidated Telephone Company and attended the Moulton Methodist Church in Shelbyville. Surviving is one sister, Joe Ann Lee and husband Jack of Shelbyville: one brother, Michael Macklin and wife Pat of Shelbyville; nieces, Kathy Lee and Judy Dorminey and husband, Don; great niece, Wendi Brush and husband, Bob and their children, Cody and Katie; great nephew, Robb Macklin and wife, Stacy and their children, Paige and Jesse. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
