Altha Lee Stark, age 83 of Denton, Texas passed away on December 28, 2008 in Denton. She was born on April 10, 1925 in Denton, Texas to Garrett and Leaton (Hard) Walker. Lee graduated from Denton High School and went on to attend Texas Woman's College. She was a long time member of the Frisco Church of Christ and a founding member of the Frisco Garden Club. Lee married Price Ervin Stark on September 29, 1944 in Dallas, Texas and together they had two children. She is survived by her son, Terry Stark and wife, Aileene of Denton, Texas; daughter, Debra Lee Davis and husband, John of Denton, Texas; grandchildren, John Garrett Stark, West Davis and wife, Brianna, Leah Rogers and husband, Rick; great-grandchildren, Taylor Frost, Finlee Rogers, Price Robert Davis; brother, Wilford Walker and wife, Mary Ellen of Lewisville, Texas; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Lee is preceded in death by her husband, Price Stark; parents, Garrett and Leaton Walker and her brothers, Earl Walker and Donnie Walker. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 beginning at 6:30pm at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 1:30pm on Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at Frisco Church of Christ with Brother Douglas Young officiating. Interment will follow at Little Elm Cemetery
