Leslie Adkins, 72, of Ceres, died Monday at English Oaks Convalescent Hospital, Modesto.
Mr Adkins was a native of Panama, Oklahoma. He lived in Ceres 29 years.
He was an employee of Tri Valley Growers; he was a maintenance man. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church.
He is survived by his brother, Damon Adkins; sisters, Beulah Murray, Lucille Cogburn and Ivel Byrum.
A memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at the Ceres Chapel of Franklin & Downs.
A funeral will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the chapel.
Burial will follow at Dos Palos Cemetery, Dos Palos.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at the chapel.
