2012 Find A Grave contributor Jon & Sandy Holcombe has made a suggestion: I think that Martha A Holcombe Memorial# 6204626 is the same person I have as Martha Maria Skillman (Sep 9 1819 to Oct 6 1843) and the mother of Edward Allen Holcombe (Jul 4 1843 to Oct 7 1843) cf. FAG #6204621. She was married to Charles Mortimer Holcombe who later remarried and is buried in Brooklyn. The photo of Martha's tombstone appears to include the name Mortimer Holcombe and other writings. Do you have any further information that would help me like them positively? The conclusion seems inescapable.
