Florence Charles Schnur, 89, Florida Manor Nursing Home, 830 W. 29th St., Orlando, died Sunday. Born in Herman, PA., he moved to Orlando from Pennsylvania in 1918. He was a retired heavy-equipment mechanic and salesman and was a Catholic. He was a founder of the Knights of Columbus and a founder of the Highway Equipment Co.
Survivors: sons, Charles Schnur, Deltona, Ralph Schnur, Orlando; sisters, Marcella Schaffer, Cullman, Ala., Freida Bludworth, Ft. Pierce, Helen Mayer, Mary Taylor, both of Tavares; brothers, Roman Schnur, East St. Louis, Illinois, Francis Schnur, Chattanooga, Tenn., seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Orlando.
