Bennington, April 22 1911 Elias D. Burke of Bennington, aged sixty-six years, died at his home this morning after an illness of a week. Grip and a complication of diseases caused his death. the funeral will be held at his late residence Tuesday at 12:30 and from the Bennington M.E. Church at 1:30. Internment in Oak Hill cemetery.
Mr Burke moved to Bennington in 1858 from Oakland county. He was well known and highly respected by a circle of friends. He is survived by a widow and one sister, Mrs. Cass Slocum of Owosso.
