Although his life was cut short by a heart attack at the age of 35, Henry Bruce Beaman seemed to lead and very full and interesting life. He was born to Hazel Faustine Anderton (1907-1980 -Findagrave memorial # 97702038), and B. J. Lakemper (1898-1976 -memorial #96616078). It is unclear whether Hazel ever married Mr. Lakemper, but at around age 2, Bruce was adopted by Hazel's sister and her husband Vera Anderton Beaman and Jaque Bruce Beaman. He was an only child.

Bruce became an actor in Hollywood, doing mostly bit parts. He met his wife Eleanor Louise Bowen in California and they married in Las Vegas in 1965. Bruce died just 4 short years later, and Eleanor apparently never remarried; she died in CA in 1991. Bruce's body was returned to Kansas for burial.
