A lifetime resident of Morton, Carl "Dick"
Coston, 75, died Thursday, June 2, 1983 at
Tacoma General Hospital.

Born May 22, 1908, Ajlune, Coston had
been employed as a log truck driver for U.
S. Plywood of Morton, He belonged to the
Morton Lodge 209 F. and A.M., Moose
Lodge, Lumber and Sawmill Workers Union,
and attended the United Mthodist Church of
Morton,

Survivors include his wife Althea; three
grandchildren, Lori, Jim and Bill Coston and their
parents Jeanette and Clarence Nelson Jr. of
Federal Way; two sisters, Leola Douglas of
Tacoma, and Ethel Hunter of Medford, Ore.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services were conducted June 7 at the Morton
Chapel of the Brown Morturay Service with the
Rev. Steve Caskey officiating.

Pallbearers were Gene Bingaman, Delbert
Sloan, Charles St. Clair, Jom Coleman, Duane
Church and Cecil Brown. Honorary pallbeares were Mike Winsberg, Ray Geidel, Bill Moe, Richard Howlett,
Frank Perkins and Billy Snelson.

Interment followed at the Morton Cemetery.
