AURORA Rexford T. Bragaw II, 88, died Saturday, Oct. 1, 2005, at Aurora Manor Nursing Home in Aurora, after an extended illness. Services were held on Tuesday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Aurora. Military rites were conducted at the graveside at Aurora Cemetery. He was born in New Jersey, and lived in New York and Connecticut before moving to Ohio in 1960. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army Air Corps in Guam. He worked for various companies including Pratt & Whitney, Underwood Typewriter, Addressograph Multigraph and Bethesda Hospitals. Upon retiring from the business world, he enjoyed teaching business management in adult education through Miami University in Hamilton. He is survived by his wife, Marie Berthe (Levesque), whom he married on April 12, 1947. Surviving in addition to his wife, are children and their spouses, Ret. Lt. Col. Rexford III and Patti of Oriental, N.C., Bonnie and Rich Kasik of Aurora, Pam and Tom Bolda of North Olmsted, Debbie and Nelson O'Donnell of Richmond, Ky., and Alice and Carl Rehm of Smithville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. His sister, Audrey Lettieri died previously.
