WILLIE A. PIERCY, 92, of Memphis, licensed practical nurse, died Wednesday at Eastwood Medical Center after a short illness. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown. She was a member of Woodland Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Piercy, the widow of William H. Piercy, leaves three daughters, Annie Mae Johnston, Mary P. Turpin and Alice E. Piercy, all of Memphis; a son, Edward Duke Piercy of Cincinnati; two sisters, Mable Holmes and Rena Pruett, and two brothers, Elton McOwen and Velton McOwen, all of Memphis, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
