Cynthia Noelle Tirado, 42, a native of Birmingham, a former resident of Tampa, Fla., and a resident of Spanish Fort; died Tuesday, July 12, 2011, after a long battle with cancer that began in 2009.
She has become her family's "Hero."
She was preceded in death by sister, Wendy Speegle.
Survivors include daughter, Roxanne Anderson of Spanish Fort; her mother, Trish Hood (Jerry) Bounds of Spanish Fort; her father, Richard (Diana) Alford of Hayden; brother, Ty (Marla) Alford of Wesley Chapel, Fla.; one niece, Carly Speegle; three nephews, Zane Speegle, Ian Alford and Connor Alford; many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 14 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, July 15 from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Daphne. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718, www.cancer.org.
