Mrs. Campbell was born April 15, 1918, in Eldon to Lester and Bessie (Bradshaw) Saltsgaver.
She graduated from Eldon High School and lived most of her life in Eldon.
She married Gifford Campbell in Ottumwa on Oct 2, 1937.
They formerly owned Campbell Funeral in Eldon and Batavia, Iowa, where she was active in the business for more than 50 years. Mrs. Campbell was a member of the Eldon Christian Church.
Survivors include her husband Gifford of Eldon; son, Bill Campbell of Eldon; daughters, Vicki Powlery of Klamath Falls; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister and two brothers.
