Melvin G. Hass, 58, Menomonee Falls, died unexpectedly died Wednesday night at his home. He was born April 9, 1913, in
Saskatchewan, Canada, son ofhe late George and Olga Greve
Haas, and attended schools in New Holstein. He had been an electronics serviceman in Menomonee Falls for the past 25 years.
Mr. Hass was a veteran of World War II, serving in the
U.S. Navy. He is survived by a brother, Raymond, New Holstein; and two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Gross, Milwaukee, and Mrs. Joseph Eberle, St. Cloud. Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Erbe Evgen Funeral Home in New Holstein. Rev. Albert K. Borns, pastor of St. John United Church of Christ, New Holstein, will officiate.
Burial will be in New Holstein City Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 p.m. Friday until
