The son of John & Sarah (Bennett) Osborn, married Mary Burr in 1702 in Fairfield. On March 7, 1702/3 he renewed his church covenant. Mary died in 1717 and he remarried Thankful (Howes) some time before 1721. She was admitted to the church Nov 2, 1729 along with her husband John.
His will dated July 4, 1760 was proved Nov. 4, 1760, names his wife Thankful; sons: Jonathan, John & Howes Osborn; daughters: Abigail, Mary, Thankful, Elizabeth, Sarah, Martha, and Lydia; granddaughter: Mary, daughter of John; and grandson: Jonathan, son of Jonathan.
