Detached to Recruiting Service; Date. Feb. 10, 1862. Place Manassas. Date of Order. Feb. 8, 1862. Appears on Register Hospital Roll in C.S.A General Hospital Charlottesville. Remarks: Lynchburg Hospital reason back pain April 27, 1862 Reason: Lumbago. Admitted: May 8, 1862. Return: May 12, 1862.--- Name appears on a Register of Claims of Officers and Soldiers from Georgia file for settlement. By whom: Sarah C. Amos Wife. When file; March 9, 1863. Where died; Richmond July 19, 1862. When received; March 5, 1864. When return; June 1, 1864. Amount due. $122.60. Sarah received the $122.60. They had one child.
