Sissie Katherine Hain, 85, of 513 Adams street, died at 1:20 p.m. today at the Lipplegoes Nursing Home after an extended illness.
She was born July 23, 1874, in Warren county, Ky., a daughter of John and Nancy Price Haley. She had been married to Robert Harris, Charles Muse, and Linus Hain, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are a son, Willis G. Harris of Memphis, Tenn., three daughters, Mrs. Charlene Fagrelius of Muscatine; Mrs. Lester Dickey of Muscatine; Mrs. Ed Daufeldt of Tipton. Also surviving are a brother, Willis G. Haley of Kentucky and a sister, Mrs. Nannie McKeller of Arkansas, along with 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by a daughter, two sons, and nine brothers and sisters.
Arrangements for services are pending at the George M. Wittich Funeral Home.
