New Castle News, 20 March 1963, Page 2- Mrs. Emma Edeburn Death Occurs Today- Mrs. Emma B. Edeburn, 85, of 143 W. Neshannock Ave., New Wilmington, died in the Jameson Memorial Hospital today at 4:15 a.m. after a five months illness. She was born in Springfield Township, Mercer County, Pa., April 6, 1877, daughter of late Mathias Edeburn and Susanne Page Edeburn. She was a member of the Neshannock Presbyterian Church and the McClure Bible Class. Her husband Charles Edeburn, whom she married January 26, 1898, died March 31, 1951. She was a former resident of Springfield Twp., Mercer County, and had resided in New Wilmington, Pa., for the past 12 years. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. William (Helen) Evans, of New Wilmington, a son, Clarence M. Edeburn, of New Wilmington; a sister, Mrs. Ann Lloyd of Grove City, Pa.: 11 grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Sharp Funeral Home at New Wilmington tomorrow from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held in the funeral home Saturday at 2 p.m. with Dr. Victor J Dawe and Rev. Ralph W Martin Jr. officiating. Interment will be in the Carpenter Cemetery.
