Herbert H. "Herb" Sulltrop, 77, Wentzville, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2008, at St. Joseph Hospital West, Lake Saint Louis. Mr. Sulltrop was born April 3, 1931, in Washington, the son of Otto F. Sulltrop and wife Francis, nee Emlung. He was united in marriage to Delores Becker Nov. 3, 1953, in Washington. Mr. Sulltrop was employed by General Motors as a final processor. He was a retired volunteer fireman for the Wentzville Fire Department. Mr. Sulltrop was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Wentzville and Knights of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. Mr. Sulltrop is survived by two sons, Gary Sulltrop, Moscow Mills, and David Sulltrop and wife Joann, Wentzville; two daughters, Sandra K. Sulltrop and Debra A. Sulltrop, both of Wentzville; two brothers, Clarence Sulltrop and Ray Sulltrop, both of Washington; three sisters, Marie Flagg and Laverne Sulltrop, both of Union, and Arleen Voss, Washington; other relatives and many friends. Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 25, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Wentzville. Burial was in Eternal Peace Cemetery, Wentzville. Memorials to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in care of Pitman Funeral Home P.O. Box 248, Wentzville, MO 63385, are preferred. The family was served by Pitman Funeral Home, Wentzville.
