George Moore, Sr.
George William 'Doc' Moore, Sr. was born Oct. 22, 1946, in Harrison County, a son of Eugene Allen and Della Laverne Criss Moore.He first married Patricia Brumback Oct. 23, 1965, in WV. He later married Anita Sue Wallace.
Surviving are his wife of 17 years; children, Tammy (Donald) Dodson, Shannon Moore and fiance, Paul, George William 'Bill' Moore, Jr., Tyler Moore and Jason and (Amy) Watson; grandchildren, Tmothy Baker, Kendra Urtso, Jerry Davis, Zachery (Vanessa) Davis and Shelly Davis; great-grandchildren, Garrette and Konner Watson, Jason and Pierson Davis, two brothers, Clarence 'Butch' (Peggy) Moore and Robert 'Jim' (Sharon) Moore; two sisters, Mae (Don) Morgan and Maxine Stalnaker; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Eugene 'Sonny', Richard 'Dick' Moore and an infant brother, Danny Moore; two sisters, Gloria "Dianne" Hawkins and Geneva Darlene Davis; a niece, Mary Darlene Moore; and a nephew, Eugene 'Snapper' Moore.
