U.S., Encyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy, Vol I–VI, 1607-1943 Encyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy Vol. I page 806 of 1210 states that Thomas' father was ObEdiah Harris (not ObAdiah, married to Rebekah), and that his mother's name was Marris (1772-1801). His siblings were David (1798) and Rachel (1801).
His father married a 2nd wife, which was Mary Harris, and they had one daughter named Betsy (1803), a half-sister to Thomas.
