Mrs. Calhoun died at the age of 69 on Saturday, March 3, 1984, in Marion Memorial Hospital. She had been hospitalized due to an automobile accident. Her funeral was held at Meredith Funeral Home in Carbondale with burial in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Murphysboro.
