Martha-Evelyn Waldrop, 94 of Midwest City, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2006. She was born to George Louis and Jeanette (Charpentier) Vlases on June 17, 1911 in St. Louis, MO. She was a member for over 50 years with the Delta Chi Chapter of the Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority holding many officer positions, state and local during her involvement. Martha was a member for many years at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Midwest City. She attended a modeling school in New York in her younger days and was quite a seamstress. Martha worked as a Nurse Assistant for most of her adult life. She is survived by her son Michael Louis Ash of Humble, TX, daughter Margie Lee Spencer of Florida, 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren. Martha was preceded in death by her parents, son James Richard Ash, 3 brothers, and her twin sister who died at birth. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, 3/25/2006 at the Barnes & Johnson F.H. Chapel with burial at Rose Hill Cemetery. Barnes & Johnson Funeral Home 1820 S.
