Death of Lexington F. Davis at Home
in Mount Union.
Lexington F. Davis, who was a resident
of Tyrone about fourteen years ago,
died at his home in Mount Union at 1:45
o'clock Tuesday February 5,1907, after a
week's illness of pneumonia. He was
aged 47 years.

The deceased was born at Dublin Mills
Fulton county, but he spent nearly all
of his lifetime in Mount Union. He
was a druggist by profession and had
character,: in Tyrone for about
three years at one time, returning to
Mount Union he controlled a drug store
there until quite recently when he closed
it out and entered the restaurant
business. Mr. Davis was never married.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary
E. Davis, of Mount Union, and by three
brothers and one sister, J. Mc. Davis,
of Tyrone ; Bruce, of Rockville; Miss
Bertha and James, of Mount Union.
He was a member of the Presbyterian

The funeral took place at 2 o'clock
Friday afternoon from his late home,
Rev. Mr. Campbell, pastor of the Mount
Union Presbyterian church, conducting
the services. Interment in the Odd
Fellows' cemetery at Mount Union.
