Early pioneer in the Siskiyou area. Married to Dolphia Noah Bridwell . The family first after coming west settled in Scarface area.Later "Mary" and her sons bought the ranch lands at Gazelle and ran their cattle ranch there for years. The Gazelle cemetery is on their orginal land.
Her children are Jessee, Sarah, Raymond, George and Ernest Bridwell.
The young Bridwell family after migrating West from Tenn., settled in Scarface, Siskiyou Co., California. Dolphia left and returned b ack to Tenn. His wife and sons bought cattle land near Gazelle and established their ranch. They remained in the area ..
