Glen is believed to be the first born son to George W Bolander. His mother was Martha Davis-Bolander, who passed away shortly after his Birth. Etta Hornback-Bolander his step-mother. He had a younger half-brother, George Ray Bolander was born in 1892 and passed away in Kansas City Mo. in 1977. George Ray is the natural son to Etta.

Records show that Glen lived with his Grandparents, Lord Guilford and Belinda Bolander, through his younger years. Records also indicate he was married to Iva Lock-Bolander until his death. Sarony Glenn and Iva had one son, Glenn Sarony Bolander.


Obituary- Parsons Daily Sun - Sarony Glenn Bolander

Sarony Glenn Bolander, aged 31 years, died Thursday morning at his home, 1200 Stevens Avenue, as the result of an attck of influenza in 1918. The funeral was held from the First Methodist church this afternoon at two o'clock conducted by rev. R.F. Maclean and interment in Oakwood Cemetery. Mr. Bolander is survived by his wife and son aged three years and by one brother, Ray Bolander, residing on North 10th Street, also by his uncles, the Bolander brothers of this city and other relatives. Prior to his sickness the deceased was an employee of the M. K. & T. car department and was a member of the Carmen's Union. Mr. Bolander only recently returned from Texas where he spent a year in a vain effort to regain his health. He was born on a farm west of Parsons and his entire life has spent in this vicinity. He was related to one of the old and reliable families of Parsons and was a upright citizen and highly esteemed and respected by his associates.
