Troy Ellis Loomis, 71, of Malvern, formerly of Delight, died Friday, Dec. 31, 1993, at the Hot Spring County Memorial Hospital. He was born Dec. 8, 1922 at Broken Bow, Okla. to the late Jacob Hiram Loomis and Cora Ethel Stone Loomis. He was retired from Reynolds Metals Co. as a general foreman, a member of the VFW, Masons in Portland, Texas and a WWII Army veteran, and a member of Church of Christ.
