MICHAEL MANUEL

Michael "Mike" Manuel, 32, a former resident of Sandusky, died unexpectedly Thursday in the Santa Monica Hospital, Los Angeles.

Mr. Manuel was formerly associated with his father, John, in the barbering business here. For the past five years he was the barber at the Hillcrest Country Club, Los Angeles.

Surviving are his widow, the former Nancy Thomas; parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Manuel; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Girardi, all of Sandusky, and a number of aunts, uncles and other relatives.

Friends will be received after 8 p.m. Monday at the Frey Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements are to be announced later.

Services for Michael Manuel were held this morning in the Frey Funeral Home, the Rev. William G. Armitage, officiating.

Pallbearers were Jake Palazzo, Joseph Lazarra, Paul Reis, Thomas LaRose, Joseph Esposito, and Sam Glorioso.
