UPPER SANDUSKY -- Don M. Courtad, 89, of Upper Sandusky, died at 5:32 a.m. Friday, May 6, 2011, at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky.
Surviving is his wife, Helen; a son, David (Katherine), of Akron; and a daughter, Mrs. Michael (Susan) Springer, Chicago, Ill.
A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Bringman Clark Funeral Home, with Robert Evans officiating. Burial will be in Smithville Cemetery, with military honors by the Upper Sandusky Veterans Color Guard.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
